How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure your preferred date is available, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. For custom designs or large events, please provide 1-2 weeks' notice.
Do you offer same-day delivery across Sydney?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our signature cakes and cupcakes if the order is placed before 11:00 AM AEST, subject to availability.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
Absolutely! We offer a delicious range of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan cakes. Please check the 'Dietary' section on our menu for all available options.
How should I store my cake or cupcakes?
Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If you are not eating them immediately, store them in the refrigerator but take them out 1-2 hours before serving for the best texture.
What is your return or refund policy for food items?
As our products are perishable food items, we do not offer returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or damage during transit, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout to collect your order from our Sydney boutique during our standard operating hours.
